is it true that cigars are less harmful then cigrettes, im talking about cigars that are handmade in other countries, not made here in in the usa

1NO, cigars are really not any less harmfull but they are alot more enjoyable than cigarettes.
No chemicals that keep them burning.
I think the last part of your statement is a bit...silly.
There are handrolled cigars made here in the states and machine rolled cigars made overseas.
